The City of Sebeka is seeking proposals for development of a vacant commercial lot located along US Hwy 71 N, Sebeka, MN, a key transportation route in Sebeka, Wadena County, West Central Minnesota This location presents a unique opportunity to create a commercial development that serves the local rural population and travelers along the highway.

SEDA:

The Sebeka Economic Development Authority (SEDA) was established in August of 1996 to coordinate and administer the economic development and redevelopment plans and programs for the City of Sebeka.

There are seven members on the SEDA Board of Commissioners, including two who are members of the Sebeka City Council. Members are appointed to the board by the Mayor and with the approval of the City Council. Members are appointed to a three-year term.

Regular meetings of the SEDA board are held on the 2nd Tuesday at 2:30 in months of February, April, June, August, October and December.
