City of Sebeka – Police Officer
The City of Sebeka is seeking a full-time Police Patrolman to join our team. This position reports to the Chief of Police and is responsible for providing law enforcement and community safety services in accordance with city ordinances, state statutes, and federal law.

Duties include:

Patrolling to maintain order, enforce laws, and prevent crime.
Responding to calls, emergencies, and citizen needs.
Promoting positive community relations and assisting the public.
Acting in the Chief’s absence when required.
Performing duties safely, professionally, and ethically.
Minimum Qualifications:

Licensed or eligible for licensure by the Minnesota P.O.S.T. Board.
Commitment to required continuing education (48 hours every three years).
Physical ability to meet job demands, including occasional lifting up to 100 lbs.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in emergencies.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive wage based on qualifications, plus health insurance, retirement (PERA), uniform, and equipment.
