Regular meetings of the city council are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 P.M. in council chambers located at city hall. The public is encouraged to attend council meetings.

David has served on the Sebeka City Council since December 2005 when he was appointed to fill a vacant Council Member position. In 2006 he was elected to the position. In December of 2007, he was appointed as Mayor, and was elected to the position in 2008. In November 2022, he was re-elected to his 8th term on the Council/Mayor.
His current two-year term will expire 12/31/2024.

Michael was elected to the council in 2012 and began serving as a Council Member in January 2013. After being re-elected in 2016, he began serving as the Deputy Mayor in January 2017. He also serves as a Volunteer Fire Fighter for the Sebeka Fire Department.
